A family home designed and built by Dodden from the ground up, with fabric, structure and MVHR integrated from day one across 219m² of living space.

As-built results:

• Airtightness: 0.22 m³/h.m² @ 50Pa — more than 4x tighter than the 1.00 design target, ATTMA certified

• MVHR: Vent-Axia Kinetic Plus B, designed by BPC Ventilation Ltd, commissioned and signed off to Part F

• Heating: Air source heat pump with water-to-air heat exchanger for first-floor supply air
